yes. it deserves it's own post. thanks to dan's father's day gift--a garmin nouvie (sp?) gps system--we had quite an adventure. we faithfully followed the garmin's directions through the mt. hood national forest (it must be a shortcut right?) only to get STUCK IN THE SNOW. that's right. in the 3rd week of june. we had to climb through 18" of snow in shorts and flip flops and dig our way out with a couple tree branches and a frisbee! now there's a family adventure we won't soon forget. the moral of this story is: when in doubt, trust your instincts, not the garmin!

Welcome to the world of blogging! Thrilled you have finally joined all the rest of us "nuts!" AND Congrats on expecting #7! That is soooo exciting ... and another little boy! Names?? My vote ( that absolutely does NOT count) is either Jonah or Luke - considering all you other boy's names! I tried to get Joan to name one of her boys Jonah ... but Todd wouldn't go there... but you can and name him Jonah after your life time friend, Joan! ( Just kidding - but it is a great name.) As for Luke - that is just simply a HOT boys name! When is he due to make his arrival?? xoxo

Hello! It is so nice to see pictures of your family. It does make me sad, however, to see that they've grown up and I've missed it.
